Who is responsible

What is collected

When you book a call, TidyCal collects your name, your email address, the answers you give in the booking form, and the time you chose. I see all of it and I use it to run the call and to follow up afterwards.

If you join the program, I hold your name, email, payment reference, and whatever you share with me during the 12 weeks.

Why

To answer you, to run the call, to deliver the program you paid for, and to keep the records tax law requires me to keep. If you join my email list I write to you about my work, and every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Who else sees it

The services I use to run this business. [TidyCal, email platform, payment provider, video call platform, hosting]. Each of them holds data under its own terms, and none of them get your information for their own marketing.

How long it is kept

What is said on a call

Anything you tell me on a call or inside the group stays between us, with two exceptions that every coach and therapist works under. If I believe someone is at serious risk of harm, or a court requires it, I may have to speak. I will tell you first wherever I am able to.
